Chakra balancing involves the use of techniques aimed at ensuring the smooth flow of energy through the seven main chakras, from the base to the crown of the head. When one area feels off, chakra balancing gives you a framework to explore what’s behind it.

What happens during Chakra Balancing?

You will be asked to lie fully clothed on the reiki bed and place an eye mask over your eyes. You’ll be guided into a peaceful space where healing begins with intention.

I will assess and attune each chakra using a blend of energy techniques — tailored to your unique needs.

I will use a pendulum to understand the energy flow through each of your 7 main chakras. Depending on how the pendulum moves when suspended over each chakra, it can indicate whether the corresponding chakra is in balance or requires focus. For instance, if the pendulum swings in a broad, consistent circle, it might indicate that chakra has abundant energy. If its movement is weak or uneven, it may indicate a blockage.

You may experience warmth, tingling, visions, or simply a deep sense of calm. Each session is a sacred alignment — a tuning of your inner instrument to the frequency of wholeness.
